Asus had launched the latest smartphone in the Asus Zenfone lineup last year and this device was named as the Asus Zenfone AR. As far as the naming of the smartphone is concerned, the AR in Zenfone AR stands for Augmented Reality features that have been included in the device. The Asus Zenfone AR comes with a Quad HD display along with a 5.7-inch display which has a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
Along with the display specifications, the device is powered by a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which is the Snapdragon 821. Also, the device includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage on the inside as well. On the camera front, the device has a 23-megapixel rear camera along with an 8-megapixel front camera. The device came with Android 7.0 Nougat at the time of launch and the upgrade to Android Oreo is scheduled to happen soon. The Asus Zenfone AR also has a 3300 mAh non-removable battery.
