The Lenovo K5 Pro was launched in October 2018 with a hardware set that was quite decent for the time. Although it does have smaller bezels than previous iterations, the K5 Pro skimps on the notch trend and has thicker bezels on both the top and the bottom. In terms of design, the Lenovo K5 Pro looks quite pre-2018 with a metallic back and a no-notch display. All the buttons are located on the right while the charging port is located at the bottom alongside the 3.5mm headphone jack.

The K5 Pro is a dual SIM device. The display on the front is a 5.99-inch LTPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels which translates to full HD+ in normal English. The pixel per inch count stands at 403. The device was released in October 2018 but against the recent trend does not feature a notch design. Therefore the screen to body ratio is just 79.1%.
Underneath the display sits the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 octa-core SoC paired with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM, depending on the variant you buy. Storage options include 64 GB and 128 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD Card. The microSD card slot is a dedicated one meaning it won’t take up the space required for the second SIM.
Then there’s a dual camera set up on the back featuring 16-megapixel (f/2.0) primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary camera. A 16-megapixel (f/2.0) primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary camera are located on the top bezel in the front. Powering all of this is a 4050mAh battery but it does not support any form of fast charging. The device does sport a USB Type C charging port. There are dual Stereo speakers on the device as well.
