Oppo Reno A specs
AMOLED, water resist, 6GB of RAM
A 6.4″ Full HD+ AMOLED dominates the front of the Oppo Reno A. Precisely, 1080 x 2340 px is the resolution (same as the stock wallpapers). The display as mentioned earlier is a notched one with minimal bezels and a bit of a chin. The AMOLED panel is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. With that said, an under-display fingerprint scanner is embedded into the display for biometric authentication.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710 chipset is in-charge of performance here. Coupled to the SoC is an Adreno 616 GPU. As far as RAM is concerned, we do get a 6GB unit. Internal storage is generous at 128GB. Quite refreshingly, the Oppo Reno is IP67 certified for water resistance and dust proofing.
Camera
A simple dual 16MP + 2MP (depth-sensing) camera system is featured on the Oppo Reno A. At the front, the Oppo Reno A houses a 25MP selfie camera. The rear and front cams are able to record videos at a resolution of up to 4K @ 30 fps and FHD @ 30 fps respectively.
Android version and battery power
Oppo’s custom overlay called ColorOS 6 runs the Oppo Reno A (at launch) which is based on Android 9 Pie. As for the battery, an OKish 3600 mAh unit is sealed inside the Oppo Reno A.
